Zen Float Tank – float right at home

Sensory deprivation chambers are one of those things that people swear by for a number of ailments. Chronic pain, stress, just so many things. Now you can get your own chamber at home with the Zen Float Tank, the inflatable tank that will help you find peace, maybe.

The tank is small enough to fit in most homes although you would probably want to be closer to a water source than further since you would have to fill and dump this thing from time to time. It fits one person. Once inside, it’s completely pitch black, with your ears below water level, you will not be able to hear anything other than your heartbeat for the most part. So even if it’s in your house with other activities, you’ll still have the same experience.

Aside from the tank and water, you will also need a good deal of salt to operate this thing. But for people who are addicted to that float tank life, this could be your home answer. Currently being Kickstarted, it has reached its funding goal and one can be yours for $2,905.
