Browser Winamp – play music like the 90s again

If you listen to music now, chances are you do so through some sort of streaming service which makes sense. We can personalize and pick who we want to listen to easily. Our options were may more limited back in the early days of the internet. If you were a pirating teen in the 90s, then you listened to your tunes on Winamp. Now you can again with the browser version.

Winamp, the real one, shut down in 2014 but to be honest, most of us had moved on long before then. Which sounds super sad now that I’ve said it out loud. Moment of silence for our youth. Anyway, you can use the classic player again right on your browser.

Just load up any MP3 you want and let it go. No cool visuals, just nostalgia of a time before streaming services. Free to use, just go to the website and have fun.
