Anyone with any experience trying to actually do a full vocal removal knows how ridiculous that statement is.
Look closer at the documentation and it talks about “vocal reduction”, probably by using some algorithm where mono-sound (the vocals and whatever else fits the algorithm) are stripped/reduced.
I bet that it’s pretty ineffective when applied lightly and sounds pretty terrible when applied strong.
Hmm…they’ve removed the demo video, which gave an example of how it works. Shame, because it didn’t sound too bad as far as I could tell.
