Earth Now – keep on eye on the climate with this app

We talk about climate change a lot but it’s hard to see in our day to day lives. After all, we’re just out here, living. Although you may think it seems hotter than it was last year, it’s probably not something you dwell on. If you want to see how the planet is doing with your own eyes, download the Earth Now app.

This app is from NASA and it features a display of the current status of the planet across such information as temperature, CO2, sea level, etc. All the things that are important to life on this big blue marble. This information is color coded for how strong or weak it currently is making it easy for you to read and process.

This is just another tool for understanding the climate data, which can be off putting to many. The app is free in both the Play and App store. You can download it and check it out for yourself.
