Scam Doc – check out a shop site before you give them your credit details

You may have noticed a slew of really dodgy websites popping up recently that offer killer deals on interesting or useful products. Well before you give them your payment info, you might want to check them out on Scam Doc, the website that lets you know if a site can be trusted.

The site is super easy to use, just put in the website that you have questions about, it does a quick scan, and then lets you know if a site is trustworthy. It’s important to note that this isn’t to tell you about the quality of the product they are shipping to you. This is about whether or not the site is going to steal your credit card information.

For example, I tested Wish, a popular site for cheap knick knacks. The quality of the goods, as anyone who has ordered from there knows, ranges from great to lol what is this? But the website is trustworthy in that it is not going to steal your information. It is a legitimate business. If you’re looking at ordering from a new spot, give them a check there first.
