There’s some good news on the COVID-19 front. News from China indicates that the numbers are finally declining which is good news! Of course, this comes with a grain of salt. New cases are rising everywhere else but China does give us a bit of a road map for handling the issue.
Some of things China did was respond quickly to the issue and provide treatment and testing. These activities helped things stay under some sort of control as the virus spread. The second thing is to have accurate information about the virus.
If you’re worried about exposure then remember the first symptoms are a fever and a cough NOT a runny nose. COVID-19 does not look a cold, it’s a respiratory illness. The other thing to remember is not to panic. Practice good hand washing, don’t touch your face and pay attention.
