Electric Cars Are The Cleaner Choice – new study shows they produce less pollution

The jury is in, electric cars actually do produce less emissions than standard vehicles. Data was collected from 59 different regions and then analyzed. The answer was clear. Electric cars were producing less CO2.

This is a definite blow to petroleum based vehicles and only helps to usher them out further. Electric cars have been gaining popularity over the last few years as they have shifted from from a status symbol to a socially conscious choice.

There are still barriers in the way of them being adapted on a large scale. Cost, availability of charging stations, and distance ability being some of the few but new innovations in the arena have been slowly closing those gaps.
