Vintagetech

The Vintage Technology site contains a veritable treasure trove of old stuff, lovingly catalogued and displayed. As well as radios and other household implements of yesteryear, there’s a huge selection of over 500 vintage calculators. If number crunching is your game, this place is your aim. Nice one Emil!

 In order to get a better understanding of Vintage Technology you should learn something about the history behind the industries, homes, government and people involved in home entertainment and technology. To this end you will find numerous articles on a wide variety of subjects delivered in bite-sized lumps so as not to bore you to death. Don’t forget that the section Ultra on this site explores the history of individual organizations.

  • Cool, thanks for the link! I made an entry about this on my Swedish site, were you’ll also find links to other retro sites that might be of interest to you. The links are in the ul list in this entry:
    http://www.smidigt.se/gamla-prylar/1799/

    Here’s a translation of what it says:
    * Gamla ryska radioapparater = Old Russian radios
    * Gamla mobiltelefoner = Old cell phones
    * Radio & TV – retro = no need for translation
    * Retroprylar = retro gdagets

    Hope you’ll find something of interest.

    Regards,

    Robert
