I totally agree that this is the best consumer bluetooth headset on the market. After multiple trial and error searching, this device has the best range, battery power, fit and clarity. I even bought two (one for inside and one for the car).
Your price quote of 199 is way off though. I paid $42 delivered in the US from Amazon.com and $30 from buy.com when they were running a special.
