Open Designs. Well if the quality of their web site is anything to go by, this new portal for free Open Source web design templates is going to be a fabulous resource once it gets going in earnest. At the moment there are just under 200 designs on the site, and there are some really nice ones on the front page. Check it out.
Our goal is to create a community owned and managed site, where users can share their free website designs and templates, discuss web design, and promote their services. OpenDesigns.org is owned and operated by The Open Design Community, a nonprofit organization headed by a board of 3 administrators and 10 moderators.
