Portable USB Turntable – convert your old vinyl to MP3 in the park…

Portableusbturntable

This ‘ere Portable USB Turntable is a bit of a rum affair. Apparently there’s a group of folks what have a need to convert their classic vinyl albums into MP3 tracks while pottering about in the garden. No really. Maybe there’s a latent demand in people to record in strange places, you know, to give their sounds an airing so to speak. We’re a tad confused. But hey, whatever floats your greenhouse. £89.95 ($180.10 – man is that dollar hurtin’!)

Converting old discs is a doddle. Simply load up the idiot-proof software, connect the turntable and bung on a record. Forget about special drivers and mismatched software. It’s easier than, er…well, it’s easier than putting on a record!…If you’re feeling really nostalgic you can use the Portable USB Turntable to listen to your vinyl the way it was intended. Just plug in the AC adaptor or pop in six D cell batteries and you’re away. Granted, the humble platter is essentially a dinosaur format, but there’s something unfathomably cool about listening to your records via a portable player, especially if you’re out and about…
