The Harrison’s Heart Foundation, which raises money for infant heart disease is auctioning a unique radio controlled Dalek on eBay which has been autographed by Dr Who himself (aka actor David Tennant). It’s a spiffing good cause, so spread the word please or better yet bid and feel good about yourself.
This actual Dalek appeared on air in the final TV version and was signed by David Tennant himself after the show had finished filming. This item has been donated by the Character Group plc and there is no other one like this in the world. All of the proceeds of this sale will go to Harrison’s Heart Foundation (HHF) a registered UK charity that raises money for research into congenital heart diseases which regularly occur in and threatens the health of infant children. In partnership with the Royal Brompton Hospital, HHF has funded a unique research initiative that has gathered clinical data on every case of pulmonary vein stenosis that has occurred in the UK, Ireland and Sweden over the past 5 years in an effort to find the cause of the disease and work towards a cure.
