Roberts Robi – FM/DAB radio for your iPod

Robertsrobi

The Roberts Robi is a tiny DAB (Digital Audio Broadcast) and FM radio which plugs into your iPod (or Nano). It’s powered by the iPod and adds on some remote control sauce to give you a happy, tingly feeling as you skim cycle through all those junk stations you bought a music player to get away from. £49.99.

Listen to DAB/FM on your iPod and control everything with a convenient wired remote * DAB/FM RDS stereo wavebands * FM RDS station name display * Favourite station mode * Ice blue display backlight * Icons for favourite stations, signal strength and volume * Search/manual tuning * Earphones included * Remote control of iPod volume and music track * Powered by iPod – no extra batteries required

  • what i would like is the radio minus the need for the ipod… less weight and stuff to carry

  • Yeah but batteries add more weight and they need changing every 8 hours. This is a nifty little piece of kit if you are lucky to get hold of one to have a play with. They are very light and the DAB quality is excellent.
