GSM Retro Brick Mobile Phone. So here’s the thing. We can understand the search for comfort in nostalgia and even the romance in yesteryear, but the desire to stuff huge lumps of plastic into your pocket once more? Nah! Anyhoo, here it is, the classic brick style mobile phone updated for the 21 st century with tri-band networking, email, web, Java, games, colour screen, polyphonic ringtones and streaming video. They seem to be selling for around $24.00, so grab that fanny pack and you’ll be good to go.

  • 4800 mAH? That seems like it’d provide some amazing standby/talk-time figures, (my 6620 only uses a 500mAH battery)

For that kind of battery reserve, the form factor might make sense for locations with coverage but without power.

  • I have not seen one of these for years!

  • Where can i buy this phone please?

  • I bought one of these from http://www.retrobrick.com/latest.html
    They are great!
