TrekStor i.Beat cebrax RS MP3 RadioStation Player – beaming your hits out to the world

Ibeat4

TrekStor i.Beat cebrax RS MP3 Player with RadioStation. Not just any old vanilla USB MP3 player, this puppy comes with an integrated FM RadioStation function which beams the music to the nearest radio. Not bad for a small device like this which runs off a single AAA battery for 9 hours. The thing handles MP3, WAV and WMA and has an integrated microphone for voice recording as well. Not a bad spec at all. Priced at $51.94 for the 2GB version.

[Update: Now here’s interesting, and a demonstration of the power of the Amazon. Along with the street price above came a couple of very dismal reviews, which makes the specification less than useful apparently. Mm…so much for marketing budgets, eh?]

TrekStor i.Beat cebrax RS (73112) is a small, easy to use 2GB MP3 player that is equipped with a built-in FM transmitter. This sophisticated digital player will let you play your favorite music on your car radio or home stereo without a need for external wiring or any other device. All you need to do is set your i.Beat cebrax to an available channel on your FM tuner (car or home) and use the tuner to control volume, equalization etc. The i.Beat cebrax supports WMA and WAV file formats and is rich with features such as 6 preset equalizers (Bass, Jazz, Classical, Normal, POP, and Rock), 5 repeat functions and sleep timer function.

  • A portable mp3 with a built-in fm transmitter, and fm radio/voice recorder has been around for at least 5 years:

I have the original 128MB version and still use it to this day to listen to podcasts.

  • Ah yes, the Muro looks very cool, although my view on this i.Beat product was based around the very small size (and single AAA battery power!)
