Because technology is ever moving forward, Android users have a new update to look forward to. Android 9 rolled out to Pixel phones today but don’t worry, the update titled Pie is coming to all of us later in the year and it is stuffed full of ways to make your phone smarter.

Pie’s focus is on adaptability. So even if you have the same phone as your friend, it’s not the same phone. From notifications to usage, its goal is to give you the most optimal experience, tailored to you and your specific needs. The more you use it, the more it learns, the better the experience.

It also includes software to help you have a healthier experience with your phone which includes a suite of apps that monitor your time and help you disconnect when its time do other things, like sleep. One thing that might take a bit of getting use to, however, is the new gesture-based navigation but one you’ve played with it, I’m sure it will be second nature.
