Be more productive with scheduled breaks using Breaker

If you spend all day working on your computer, it can be easy to lose yourself in the task at hand. However, it’s also easy to get distracted and lose focus by checking your email, Facebook, etc. So how do you make sure that you stay on task, while giving your mind a much-needed break now and then? Well, one method that seems to work involves taking a five minute break after every 25 minutes of work, and then a full 25 minute break after two hours.

Since you don’t want to waste time by checking the clock every so often, you can use a tiny piece of freeware to help you out. Breaker allows you to setup a custom timer that will let you know exactly when its time to start and stop your breaks. This might not seem like the most revolutionary piece of software to be found, but you’d be surprised how much it might increase your productivity.
