Buildor Lite helps you run up a website in minutes

Websites are still the compulsory component of any business or public endeavor. If you don’t have a website, you’re basically invisible to the world. It’s surprising therefore how hard it is to find simple tools which people can use to create a site without having to hire expensive programmers or designers.

Buildor Lite is one example of a website builder which definitely tries to make the whole site builder process much easier than normal. What makes it different is the fact that it uses an in-browser format – to edit something just click on it in your web browser. Things don’t get much easier than that.

What you don’t get with this sort of approach is a bunch of useful design templates, but if you know what you’re doing, you should be able to get a reasonable result up and running in a very short time indeed. The service includes all the usual editing functions you’ll need, including image upload, an HTML view and the ability to set page title, descriptions and keywords to help search engines find you.

If you need more, like CSS access and more flexible code options, you’ll need to upgrade to the Pro version. We can see this mainly being of use if you’ve got an existing image based site in mind, and all you need is a place to host and tweak the content. You probably won’t want to build anything too sophisticated, unless you’re a master of the design fraternity.
