Casagami Solar Light House – a little project for little makers

Casagami Solar Light House built

Everyone can use a little light in their life whether it’s to just add a little mood and ambiance or if it’s to give you a nightlight because not everyone is comfortable in the dark. The Casagami Solar Light House is the small project night light you can build yourself.

This little home ships flat and is made from recycled cardboard. The light that it produces is a warm, homey, orange-yellow color. It just says adorable comfort. Once you build it, all you need to do is pop it in a window for the day and then when night finally falls, switch on the LED light for up to five hours of glow time.

This little project is perfect little hands who are interested in making but maybe aren’t quite ready for the various more complex options that are out there. It’s a quick example of solar energy that they can feel good about setting up and the cardboard makes it super fun to decorate. The Casagami Solar Light House is $10.39.
