Casio CW-E60 – Disc Title Printer

Image

The Casio CW-E60 Disc Title Printer is a USB disc labeller. It uses a thermal printhead and ribbon and can print 200 dpi at 8mm per second. You can change colours by inserting a different coloured print ribbon. I assume you pass the CD through twice to print top and bottom. It comes with layout software, AC adapter, USB cable and a CD-R for testing! Just make sure you put the disc in the right way. US$60 and it doesn’t work on Mac or anything before Windows 98.

The Disc Title Printer CW-E60 labels CDs and DVDs with a blank and unlined surface and in a 200 dpi resolution. Extremely convenient, the printer connects directly to computers via USB cable.

  • Purchased this printer. I was very disapointed. It left black streaks when printing. Also the printing was poor, and it will only print on super smooth surfaces. I ordered the CW-100 Thermo printer, to replace this one. It works much better.
