The Casio GzOne Mobile Phone is just about the toughest handset on the street. Apparently. It will survive immersion in water for up to 30 minutes (1 meter) and can be dropped repeatedly from 1.5 meters onto a steel plate over concrete. Did we mention tough? And it comes with a camera and all the other goodies you might expect, and some you might not, like onboard GPS.
