Intel Future Technology Show – we get to see what the engineers are up to deep in their labs

It’s not often they let the Intel engineers out into the sunlight, most of the time they’re kept locked in dark dungeons slaving away on stuff which we may see in a few years time. But this week the unthinkable happened, and the might chip maker decided to show off some of the cool stuff they’re working on, and we were invited along to have a play and video. It was rather neat.

Videvo – free stock video footage and motion graphics [Freeware]

If you’re one of those folks who’ve been bitten by the video bug, you’ll know all about the joys and frustrations of getting your work done. Apart from having to learn all the ropes, it’s also tricky putting together professional looking productions without having the money to spend on the nice little extras. One extra which is particularly valuable is the use of B-roll, or stock footage, which can really add something to your video.
