It would be nice if everywhere was on the renewable energy kick. Although many places have made some strides, there’s still a lot of reliance on energy sources that aren’t so great for our longevity. There’s some bright spots in the fight though. Chile is one country that has embraced renewable energy and they did it with the help of activism.

Yes there were key laws passed by their government but after a deeper look at the circumstances, it turns out that people banding together and under common goals to push the reform they wanted to see. This can help in other places.

If other groups come together similarly, they may be able to make a change for their countries as well.
