Comrad Gaming Helmet – Prepare for battle with the proper headgear

Comrad Gaming Helmet

Your first-person shooter experience can lose a little something when you’re wearing a headset that makes you feel like you’re working in a call center so why not dress the part when striving for a medal of honor or answering the call of duty? (see what I did there?)

The gaming experience can seem so real that it’s easy to feel like you’re actually in the middle of the battlefield. Do you really want to get caught in a firefight with something lame on your head? The Comrad Gaming Helmet will have you sucking on a corncob pipe and promising your men that old soldiers never die; they just fade away.

While it looks like a legit military helmet, the Comrad is equipped to do so much more than just protect your head. Wireless speakers insure you don’t miss any of the audio action without being tied down to a fixed location and the detachable boom mic will capture all your commands, idle chit-chat, and gaming smack-talk. If you already have a mic that you prefer (there’s no shame in having a lucky mic), you can ignore the boom mic and use the microphone port instead.

The master game audio and the chat volumes can be controlled separately so you never have to worry about a random explosion blowing out your eardrums just because you had the volume cranked up to hear what someone was saying.

In addition to working on current systems like Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, Wii, PC, and Mac, your head will also be properly outfitted for the upcoming Oculus Rift.

Prepare for battle and get your head(gear) in the game for $59.99.
