I’m no chef, but I do try my hand at cooking once in a while. Something I’ve yet to master is the timing of it all. Either one dish will get finished well before the others, or somehow it takes twice as long to make than I intended. The worst is when I get finished, and the person eating with me is nowhere to be found. Then I somehow have to keep the meal warm until they get here. If I had one of these Culinary Heat Lamps, it wouldn’t be such a problem.
This lamp is similar to what you’d find in a restaurant, keeping food warm until you decide to order it. It also doesn’t use a traditional bulb to keep things toasty. Instead it utilizes a ceramic heating element that focuses infrared heat on your meal. This is supposed to lock in moisture and flavor. At $100, it’s not exactly a cheap way to keep your food hot while you wait on people to show up.
WoW really Cool Lamp i like it ….. :)
