Digital Photo to DVD Converter – from binary to shiny plastic without passing go

Digitalphototodvdconverter

This new Digital Photo to DVD Converter copies images from your camera’s memory card directly to a CD disk in DVD format without any of those nasty computer thingies in the middle. The software can either convert the images to MPEG so you can run a slideshow on your television DVD player, or copy to JPG format on data CDs for normal storage. Oh and it can read several of your favourite memory card formats, so you won’t feel left out. Nice of them, eh? $199.95.

This is the compact recorder that effortlessly copies photographs from your digital cameras memory card directly onto a CD for playback on a DVD player without using a dedicated computer. Photographs are converted into MPEG format and immediately burned onto a CD (CD-RW or CD-R required) which can be placed in a DVD player for slide show viewing using your DVD players remote control. An album index enables easy photograph selection prior to full-screen viewing. The recorder can also burn photographs onto a CD in JPEG format, allowing you to view the CDs photographs on your computer.

  • Why would you want to have many CD’s laying around? Wouldn’t it become cluttered with CD’s everywhere?

I’d rather have them stored on a media format that let’s me add/delete pics as I saw fit AND THEN burn them to CD format once the CD capacity was full.
