Doctor Who TARDIS PC – Is it bigger on the inside?

Who loves Doctor Who? If your hand shot up in the air while you were sitting at your desk, then you’re probably a fan. There’s also a good chance you have a sonic screwdriver, River Song’s journal, and a Dalek plush sitting on your bed. If you wish you could have your own TARDIS, but don’t have room for the full-size version, then you’re going to want to prepare your wallet.

There is a TARDIS PC afoot, and it’s not half bad. The chassis is cut aluminum, and has been painted to look just like the Doctor’s. The “Police Box” sign on the front is a Blu-Ray/DVR drive, from which you can pop in your favorite season of the show and marathon it over the holidays. The inside may not be as big as the original, but it does have a 3.1 GHz Dual core Pentium processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 500GB hard drive. Should those not be to your liking, you can get them swapped out for other components. At some point, they’ll hopefully just start selling the case, as I don’t think many people will want to shell out the $1,200+ for it.
