Drying Eggs – this egg looks bad but will keep your fridge fresh

Refrigerators get stinky! Even if you’re pretty good at cleaning yours out, some foods just seep into the air and linger. The old-school method of dealing with fridge smells is keeping a box of baking soda in there. The Drying Egg is a much more attractive option.

This is charcoal shaped like an egg that you can store it in your built in egg tray. While sitting there it will absorb the smell and help keep your fridge smelling pleasant. It will stop things like fish odor, garlic and general food that’s maybe a bit past it’s expiration from making EVERYTHING in the chill box smell (and taste) like that.

This is pretty neat but a word of warning. If you order this you can be waiting anywhere from two weeks to 2,636 days for your product to come. But shipping is free so that’s nice. Obviously, that’s a typo but you never know. If you’re interested, a set of four Drying Eggs is $31.57.
