Dudeism Relaxation Reminder – freeware aims to make life more chilled, brah

Duderelaxationreminder

The Dudeism Relaxation Reminder is a free program which spits up a pop-up every so often to remind you to take a break from the computer monitor and go smell the roses. Dude. It’s the creation of the Church of the Latter Day Dude (of which I am an ordained minister) and therefore comes with impeccable dudeist credentials. What else would you expect from the slowest growing religion in the world?

The Dudeism Relaxation Reminder helps you adhere to a strict relaxation regimen so you can refresh your brain and maybe even engage in a bit of Dudeitation (Dudeist Meditation). You can also download relaxing (or not-so-relaxing) music to play during the break session. The Dudeism Pop-Up Relaxation Reminder is totally free, highly configurable and easy to use. You can choose the length of the break duration and interval as well as select sounds for the start of the break, the end of the break and even meditative music for the duration of the break.
