There’s no doubt that we live in a world awash with radiation. Not just naturally occurring stuff like UV and microwaves, but also the man-made type that comes from all this industrialization and wireless technology. With the average smartphone holding upwards of a dozen radios, it’s hardly surprising to find that some people are starting to feel a little sensitive to all the EMF (electro-magnetic fields) floating around.
Cue the marketers of alternative solutions. One such company is EarthCalm, and their latest product is the EarthCalm Omega WiFi Electromagnetic Protection. The device is based around a USB stick format, and comes in two types that can either fit into your laptop or your router. There’s remarkably little information on how the product works to ‘eliminate WiFi health risks‘, all we learn is that the device will extend a ‘beneficial field of protection‘ throughout the home. Gosh, that’s fabulous, right? So who’s going to volunteer to cough up the $172.01 to grab one of these and report back?
What…no-one? Tsk
