The Eco Motor Company EMC3 Commuter is a three wheeled vehicle which will achieve 60 mpg, seat two people and features a 1000 cc engine. It will also, for some strange reason, cost you nearly $14,000 to buy, which seems a little savage considering you’re paying for one less wheel. But what do we know?

 The EMC3 Commuter has a strong, nimble body with a compact, yet powerful, engine that achieves two to five times more miles per gallon than most vehicles on the road – without sacrificing performance. More miles traveled on less fuel simply means less dependence on fossil fuels; it can also mean lower emissions and less ozone-depleting greenhouse gasses emitted into our atmosphere.
