This ECOS Anti-EMR Shielding Paint gives up to 98% shielding against ELF/VLF/EMR radiations (sic) and is designed to be permanent. Just paint it on and then cover over with a decorative finish or wallpaper. The makers say that you should ideally paint the walls, floors and ceilings with the stuff, and a 5L tin should be enough for a medium sized room. A single tin costs £59.59, but remember it will probably wreck your indoor TV aerial reception too.
