PROS:
- Does stabilize footage and gives less shocks
- Good build quality
- Versatile
- Cheap
- Easy to use
CONS:
- A bit heavy (but that’s positive as well, because helps stabilizing)
- Not as smooth as an electronic stabilizer
VERDICT:
The Fantaseal stabilizer is great for the price. It’s an awesome piece of hardware and extremely easy to use. This was my first DSLR stabilizer and I’ve always read that stabilizer tend to cost around 4-500$ or more if you really want silky smooth footage. With the Fantaseal you get smooth footage (not silky smooth) for only 50$ and you can use it for your phone, sports camera, with a microphone and a light as well. The grips are soft and durable and create a comfortable grip. Overall this Fantaseal stabilizer makes sure your footage is stable and less shaky than with your hands.
