Field Agent – the first app that pays you

Fieldagent

Field Agent bills itself as ‘the first app that pays you’, and it’s a clever idea all right. The concept revolves around having people download the free app to their mobile phone, after which they register as an ‘agent’ available for freelance jobs.

Clients can then hire these agents via the phone app to do tasks, rather like Amazon’s Mechanical Turk, for which they’re paid. The power of this approach lies in the instant communications system, the power of a modern phone camera and the ease of payment via services such as Paypal.

Apparently the app has been an instant hit with the field marketing sector, who can now sign up and run a team of field reps to do things like store audits, stock checks and the like, for a fraction of the traditional costs. Other uses include survey taking, customer experience and mystery shopping and other marketing type tasks.

The agents earn between $2 and $8 per task, and by improving their reputation score they increase their access to the higher paying jobs. The whole thing is one of those tech marriages made in heaven, and we can imagine this type of application exploding over time, as more companies jump on board the mobile job finder bandwagon. It’s iPhone (and USA) only at the moment, although they’re working on an Android version. Very interesting indeed!

The Internet is filled with sites that make false promises and pay points or pennies instead of real money. Field Agent is both real and we pay in real dollars. In fact, most jobs pay between $2 and $8. We are backed by Fortune 50 clients who need us to provide information fast and cost effectively. Try us out and you will quickly learn how real we are. Remember that your Field Agent Account will be credited the money you earn. The money in that account never expires and is 100% safe. To withdraw the money, you need to transfer it to your PayPal account. We use PayPal as a transfer point because it keeps us from having to hold banking licenses in all 50 states.
