This Firebird-R Wingsuit is an example of a growing class of equipment which allows you to fly like a bird – for a while – while you hurtle earthwards from somewhere high up. Before you thrust your credit card in their direction, it should be noted that the new sport is apparently very hazardous, and is not recommended without a lot of skydiving or basejumping experience and some direct hands-on training before you exit an aircraft or leap off a cliff.
