The Kibisis program converts video files to low bit rate flash format for streaming across the Net. A tad expensive perhaps at $59.95, especially since the end video quality is not all that great, but I can see where this could be useful. No hassles with video servers, or client players since most browsers are Flash enabled almost by default nowadays.
