Float Table uses magnets to hold its shape

If your living room needs something to liven it up, then a new piece of furniture might be exactly what you need. Something perhaps like this Float Table. When observed, it appears to be made up of a number of floating cubes. What’s more, is that when you press on it, the cubes will move accordingly, and then spring back into their respective places. Is it magic? No, it’s magnets.

To say that they are held in place completely by magnets wouldn’t be truthful. A steel cable is also ran between each of the individual cubes. However, the magnetic force is what gives them the majority of their shape, the cable is just there to prevent the pieces from coming too far apart from one another. So what do you say, would this $2,000 piece of furniture be enough to spice up your living room?
