Flux Chair – the folding chair that really folds

Flux chair closed

Seating is always a problem when you have more than a few guests over. If your space is small, you may not have the room for a legion of extra chairs. If you like company but lack storage space, check out the Flux Chair, the folding chair for small spaces.

Flux chair back

In its chair form, it looks like an ultra-modern chair. It doesn’t really have real legs, instead it has a wedge base. The back comes up and with the seat forms a sort of cup to hold you or your guests. The entire thing is made of plastic and weighs 11 pounds which makes it lighter than the chairs that came with your dining room set, probably.

Flux Chair alone

It is when its in storage form that it really makes a statement. The chair folds down into an envelope. A giant, plastic envelope. You don’t need any tools or special equipment, you just need a few moments and some free space to pop a chair into place. It comes in a variety of fun colors and is the perfect option for small spaces. After all, it can slide under your bed for storage. The Flux Chair is $149.
