FotoSketcher is a free Windows program which lets you convert your boring old photos into glorious works of art worthy of any gallery. OK, so maybe we’re eggzageratin’ a tad here, but judging by the gallery you can certainly obtain some rather nice results.
From our brief play it looks to offer a nice set of features, although we suspect that you’ll need to spend quite a bit of time playing around with the settings in order to mimic the effects seen on their gallery. It would be helpful if the developers put some default settings up on the site (or in the program) to give us shortcuts to particular results.
Nevertheless I like this. It’s fast, offers some nice results and is definitely worth adding to the program folder.
