Freedom Mini Duo BT Keyboard – credit card keyboard for your portable bits

Freedomminiduokeyboard

The Freedom Mini Duo Bluetooth Keyboard is apparently the size of a walnut…sorry…credit card and is compatible with just about every handheld device in the known universe, including Jim’s Tricorder and a bunch of Zargon Death Ray calculators as used by the Zortts of Pstrdicliamni. The 9 hours of use rating from the rechargeable battery sounds nice. £49.95. Manufacturer site here and review here.

SPP makes it compatible with BlackBerry devices, Smart Phones and most other advanced Bluetooth enabled Mobile Phones and PDAs, associated drivers that are provided with the keyboard allow short cuts and programmable keys to be used. The HID mode permits “Out of the Box” alphanumeric compatibility with many products including PCs, Laptops and many PDAs using the HID technology. The keyboard has 62 individual keys, the On/Off switch which also serves as the selection switch between the two modes of operation. The internal battery gives up to 9hrs continuous use and 45hrs of standby time.
