Both sides pay a subscription to the service in order to list their profiles, the fee being based on the amount of money needed or available.
It’s all very seed fund friendly and currently boasts 3000+ members and $12 million of available capital. Definitely an interesting idea and one that deserves to get more attention (although the choice of such remote offshore operations as Hong Kong and the Virgin Islands is a little…um…worrying).
