Please dear God no! I have already seen people holding these on their steering wheel. This will make it EASIER to be texting and driving.
OR you can easily use apps such as Dragon, a voice activated personal assistant app, or other built in software to send messages, take calls, etc without looking at your phone at all. With the phone being closer (but out of the way) it will be able to hear you clearly with less error.
