Have you ever wanted to take a bath on a hammock?

The Vessel Splinterworks
In the summer, a hammock is the perfect spot to take a nap or relax and read a book in the afternoon. Another good place to decompress is in a nice hot bath. Both of these offer a different but pleasant experience, which means that combining the two could only make things better.

Splinter Works is a sculptural furniture studio out of the UK that makes some pretty amazing things, and The Vessel is one of them. It’s a suspended bathtub that has the same shape as a hammock, but can be filled with water from the tap. Measuring at around 2.7m long and 800mm wide, you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and soak in some relaxation.

Of course, this isn’t your regular bathtub. So you’re going to need a wet room to accommodate for this as it drains out of the bottom onto the floor. Seeing that this is a designer product, it’s already going to cost you a pretty penny as is, so be prepared to drop some major dough on this whole setup.
