If you live in a home, chances are, you produce a lot of waste which just ends up in a landfill someday. It’s one of the trappings of modern life. Instead of just tossing all that out, you can burn it and get some energy out of it with the HERU, a new, unconventional, energy solution.
This system, once installed in the home, can break down our waste. Not just biodegradable things like food and garden clippings but also packaging and plastics, converting them into energy. All you have to do is load your garbage, use the touch screen and it does the work. Set it and forget it.
The output can be used to power your home needs, heating, light, etc which saves you money while keeping waste out of the environment. This product won’t be available until 2020 and will cost £19,800 which is quite a bit but it IS a permanent home addition. A really neat idea but we’ll have to see how it turns out.
