Hottest Decade on Record – soaring temperatures are a concrete sign of the problem

It was really hot this year. One of the hottest on record and not really surprising, the entire decade is going to end up with that title. The last ten years have been the hottest on record and it’s likely going to get even warmer before it comes back down.

Climate change is at the root of this. The man-made heat due to emissions is causing a lot of damage in the way of droughts and acidic sea waters as well as many other issues. People have been displaced from their homes due to extreme weather, occurrences which used to be rare but are happening multiple times a year now.

The experts agree that the time to act is now. More concrete and perhaps bold plans are needed in order to make strong push against this issue.
