Back when I first started using a home theater PC, we didn’t have a fancy acronym for it. Instead, people simply referred to it as that ugly computer you have sitting next to your TV. The only thing worse than the giant tower sitting there was the fact that I had to use a full-size keyboard and mouse to control it. I was just happy that they were wireless. Now I look at devices like this MIX Gestures Wireless Mini Keyboard Mouse and wish that it had been around back then.
This device is perfect for anyone running an HTPC in their living room. It’s small, smaller than your average remote. It’s got a full QWERTY keyboard, along with a touchpad for navigating around your screen. It comes with a nano USB receiver, which means that if you’re forced to plug it in the front of your PC, it’s not going to stick out like a sore thumb. For $50, I’m considering ordering one for myself.
