Internet Buttons is a free roll your own web home page which you can use to create simple navigation themes to your favourite sites and services. It’s clearly designed for Internet challenged folk and those who have to care for them, and in that respect it does a Darn Fine Job!
The whole interface is laughably simple to use, just follow the wizard which covers your likes and dislikes or go freestyle and create your own buttons, save them with some brief account details and voila, you’ve got yourself a top notch, super SUPER simple home page for all the family. Gorgeous little app.
So we made Internet Buttons. It lets you set up a personalised page of buttons for someone you know who is new to the internet or is a bit web-rubbish. The buttons click through to your favourite sites or services. It removes all the complicated bits of the internet and makes it easy to keep going back to the places you want to go to. There are also helper bars on the site to explain everything. So if you know someone who is flummoxed by tweets, links and pokes or who’d appreciate learning how to email, Skype, or get the grocery shopping done online, why not set them up with a page of Internet Buttons?
