Whenever you hear of the Rubik’s Cube you have a perfect mental image of a confusing little block with nine colored squares on all six faces of the cube. While it’s pretty challenging for the majority of us, there are some who scoff at this puzzle. For those of you who now view it as a child’s toy, I give you the IQ Brick. This increases chances of frustration by 100%, if not more.
One face of the cube is the same as a regular old Rubik’s Cube, but every other side has an odd configuration of whole squares, and squares divided into three segments. There are 3X3X7 and 3X3X9 models available for $27. Of course, there are always methods to solving these things quickly and easily, but if you don’t know how to solve it, this could be a fun way to activate your brain a bit.
