Isidore Electronics Recycling – a model for the future of e-waste

What do you do with an old TV when it finally dies? Or your outdated mobile device that doesn’t even have any trade in value. Probably put it in the normal trash but if you are doing that, please stop. E-waste is killing our planet. Companies like Isidore Electronics Recycling are hoping to fight against the tide of dated electronics.

This California based company takes in old devices and electronics and recycles them. Dealing with e-waste is a drawn-out process because the devices must be taken apart and their valuable pieces sorted. This process reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and removes the components that may be toxic to the earth.

This is one company but the business of e-waste is growing with centers popping up all over the world to help keep our outdated tech, which is becoming such faster and faster, out of landfills which in turn keeps our earth just a little bit cleaner.
