Jog.fm helps you build the perfect workout playlist

I’ve always found that when I go running, I seem to enjoy it more when I have good music to listen to. What’s strange is that I always have difficulty picking out the right tracks to get my blood pumping. Well now there is a simple way to find the perfect mix to run, walk, or bike to. Head over to Jog.fm, where you can get suggestions based on what you plan to do.

The site takes different factors into account when picking music. Things such as what activity you’re doing, how long it takes you to complete a mile, and your personal music taste all play into it. You’ll even get a breakdown of the BPM (beats per minute) of each song, so you know what kind of pace it will help set. Once you’ve constructed the playlist, you can then choose to purchase the songs from either Amazon or iTunes. If you already own the music, then you can just construct the playlist in your favorite music player and head out for some exercise.
